Service Description

Focused on healing and regaining strength, this class is adapted to accommodate babies, making it a fun experience for both mum and baby. This is a space made for mothers. We embrace all the noise, cuddles and laughter that comes with a studio filled with babies! With the option to have coffee together afterwards at the centre's cafe. Casual booking with class packs available. We require all participants to have been cleared for exercise and be at least 6 weeks postpartum. Please let the instructor know if you have any limitations, medical conditions or concerns at the beginning of class. Our instructor Brie will be instructing with her little one, so to enable this class to run we have a flexible class cancellation policy. All cancelled classes will be given credits to another session and booked participants will be given as much notice as possible. Clients must give minimum 2 hours notice if unable to attend and a make up class can be scheduled. Social Media Policy for Mum and Baby Pilates Classes We love sharing the positive energy of our Mum and Baby Pilates classes on social media. However, we respect your privacy and want to make sure that you are comfortable with any photos taken during class. Policy: Photos and Videos: Occasionally, our instructors may take photos or videos during the class to capture the fun and progress of the session. These images may be shared on our social media accounts or promotional materials. Consent: By attending a class, you consent to the use of your image (and your baby’s) in any photos or videos taken during the class. These may be used on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or the studio's website. Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos, please inform your instructor before the start of the class. We will make sure to respect your wishes and avoid including you or your child in any visual content.
