Our specialised Mum & Bubs Pilates sessions are thoughtfully designed to support your postpartum journey—nurturing both your body and your bond with your baby. These classes are gentle, safe, and centred around the unique needs of new mothers.

Gentle, Restorative and Strengthening Movement
Each session focuses on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and restoring core stability—especially after pregnancy and childbirth. We move mindfully, honoring your body’s pace and healing. -
Designed for Postpartum Bodies
These are not rehabilitation or physiotherapy classes, but rather Pilates-based movement tailored for the postpartum period. We require participants to have been cleared by a doctor or physiotherapist.

Bookings & Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your class. Life with a baby is unpredictable—we get it! But this helps us manage class sizes and waitlists. Please text 0401438433 for all cancellations or queries. -
Your little one/s are welcome to join you on the mat in what ever way works for you.
